The flat/room is in the heart of Zuglo (XIV. district), close to the public transport (1 minute walk to 7, 110, 112 buses, 5 minutes walk to 7, 8E, 108E, 133E buses(E=express)). The Keleti Pályaudvar (metro M2, M4) is 10 minutes, the Blaha Lujza tér (4/6 tram) is 12 minutes.

The infrastructure of the neighborhood is excellent: in 1 minute walk CBA(grocery), pharmacy; in 5 min. walk: Szabo Ervin library, Tesco Express, Lipoti bakery, 2 fast-food restaurants...

The separate room is furnished (or unfurnished as you wish) and well equipped, is available from 05th February. The room is rent only girls.

In the 55 sqm apartment, it has two separate rooms, is located in a calm street - close to

Thököly út. There is a bathroom; washing machine; separate toilette and a furnished kitchen with gas cooker (stove,fryer) fridge, microwave, pots, plates, etc.

The monthly rental fee is 150 EUR, + overheads:

• Common cost (EUR 20 EUR/month/head; covering waste collection and maintenance of common areas)

• Electricity, Gas, Water (Based on actual consumption,cca. 20(summer)-35(winter)EUR/month/head)

The deposit is 300 EUR. Minimum rental period is 5 months, the longer the better.

buszoktól) kiadó 1 külön nyíló, világos, belső kertre néző szoba 1 fő(lány) részére.

A lakás bútorozott, van mosógép, hűtőszekrény, mikro, gáztűzhely. A fürdőtől külön

helységben van a wc. A lakás mindkét szobája külön nyílik, a másik szobában én lakom a barátommal. Megbízható, csendes (mi sem vagyunk zajosak..:) ) normális lakótársat keresünk hosszú távra.
