The suite is very quiet and has great location next to a nice park, metro stations of M4 and M2 lines. There is modern central heating, soundproof window, blackout shutter, flat LED TV, writing desk and wardrobe in the suite. The private bathroom equipped with shower.

The fully equipped kitchen is available for shared use with other suites with dedicated storage and fridge shelf. You can find cooker, fridge, microvawe, washing machine there, iron and ironing board also provided.

High speed WIFI available both in-room and common areas. There is a security camera system in the common areas, the whole property is non-smoking. We provide linen and bedding clothes at the time of biweekly cleaning service.

Fantastic architecture and history echo with real Budapest feeling all around, cafes, ruin pubs of Blaha area, Erkel theatre – all the operahouse is here in this season, supermarkets are steps away, Arena Plaza cinemas are in close proximity.

Public transport is easy to any direction, metro M4(green) M2 (red) trams 4/6, and many buses through Rakoczi ut and Nepszinhaz utca, BUBI (city bike) station is 2 min away.

Veterinary University 15 min on foot, Corvinus or Technical University are 10 min by metro M4, ELTE 10 min by bus.

The monthly rent is 270 EUR for the suite, plus 30 000 HUF are utilities and services (water, hot water, gas, electricity, sewage, garbage delivery, common cost, bedding clothes/ linen, internet&tv, cleaning).
