Hi, we are looking for a new flatmate from January for long term! ( Min. one academic semester, until end of Jun. 2021.)

The apartment is situated on the 6th floor in a new built building with elevator in the center of Bud, 2 min. walks to trams 4-6. We have 1 room available in the four bedrooms apartment (See pictures : Green room )

Green Room 18m²: Big windows ( mosquito net in one of them), furnitured with IKEA furnitures, double bed, desk&chair, armchair, wardrobe. The room has lamps, also a printer and an airconditioner. Price : 350 Euros / month ( all bills included)

Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven exhaust fan, water kettle, coffee machine, dining table with chairs, cooking utensils and machines like hand blender, cutlery and plates.

The flat has 2 separate bathrooms, with shower/bath, washing machine and tumble dryer. Moreover, there is an extra, separate toilet with handshower! Included in rent: all utilities and taxes ,unlimited wireless internet ( Vodafone).

2 min. walk to tram /buses, bank, pharmacy, several restorants, MCDonald’s, bakery, supermarkets, butcher

5 min. walk to 2 different underground stations, to green and blue lines. ( all lines avaible in 10 min.)

5 min. walk to a big shopping center Corvin Plaza and a Gym (Life1).
